1. Cancellation Timeframe: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at minimum 24 hours in advance. This gives me enough time to offer the appointment to another client and adjust our schedule accordingly. If you cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window, I will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost. 2. Same-Day Cancellations or No Shows: If you cancel your appointment on the same day or do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, I will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total service cost. I dedicate my time and expertise to each client's appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows result in lost opportunities to accommodate other clients who may have been on my waiting list.
